Join us for a chat with sleep expert Nicole Booth
Trying to understand and help develop our children’s sleep patterns can be an exhausting and obsessive affair, and sometimes we just wish there was someone who could help us figure it all out. Well, we’ve found someone! Come along to our next ‘Mingle with Mums’ event where we will host a very special guest speaker from Calmer Kids Sleep Consulting, Nicole Booth. As a child sleep expert and fellow mum, Nicole will share her knowledge about the benefits of good sleep habits, how to design a sleep plan and how to recognise success when we see it, and capitalise on it.
Bring a notebook because Nicole will also lay out an easy step-by-step sleep programme that you can customise to your needs – hooray – real, concrete, practical tips! You’ll also have the chance to chat to Nicole after her presentation and ask any unanswered questions about the art of getting a full night’s rest – in between being pampered by beauticians from Ipanema Beauty Salon that is!
You might go home with more than scribbled notes too: there are some great prizes up for grabs for all our readers in attendance, including a $200 voucher for stunning family photography by the all-women team from The Studio Loft, and a $200 voucher for yet more pampering at Ipanema Beauty Salon.
Last but not least, there are four funky and child-friendly jewellery pieces by Peachtree to win. Their bright and beautiful necklaces and bracelets not only look great, but are made from 100% non-toxic materials that are totally chewable should you have a little one clutching you too!
So, join us at Food for Thought from 10am on 28 October for this friendly and factual HoneyKids Asia x MumRadar event and mingle with like-minded mums over morning tea – Food For Thought are offering a fab $7 deal for a coffee and a cranberry scone or tea cake. See you there!
